ترأس السيد محافظ مقاطعة الرنك، الأستاذ ديينق دينق لويث، اليوم اجتماعًا تنويريًا ضم النقابات والاتحادات المحلية بالمقاطعة، وذلك بقاعة رئاسة المقاطعة، في إطار سلسلة الاجتماعات المجدولة التي انطلقت يوم الأربعاء الماضي الموافق 01/01/2026، والهادفة إلى تقييم الأداء خلال الفترات السابقة، ومناقشة التحديات التي تعيق سير العمل، وبحث السبل الكفيلة بتجاوزها خلال العام الجاري.
وأكد السيد المحافظ خلال الاجتماع على أهمية وضع خطط وبرامج واضحة للعام الجديد، بالتنسيق مع مختلف المؤسسات والهيئات الحكومية والنقابية، بما يسهم في تعزيز العمل المؤسسي وتحقيق الأهداف المنشودة لخدمة المجتمع المحلي.
وعلى صعيد متصل، عقد سعادته اجتماعًا مماثلًا مع الهيئات النقابية لذات الغايات، حيث ناقش الحضور جملة من القضايا المحورية، أبرزها الإنجازات التي تحققت خلال العام المنصرم، وفي مقدمتها تنفيذ توجيهات السيد المحافظ المتعلقة بتكوين المكاتب التنفيذية للنقابات، وإعداد الأنظمة الأساسية، وتسجيل العضوية، تمهيدًا لانعقاد المؤتمرات العامة.
كما استعرض المجتمعون أبرز التحديات التي تواجه العمل النقابي، والتي تمثلت في عدم توفر مقار ثابتة لبعض النقابات، إلى جانب ضعف الإيرادات المالية التي يفترض أن تلبي احتياجاتها التشغيلية وتغطي برامجها المزمع تنفيذها.
وأشاد السيد المحافظ بالدور المحوري الذي تضطلع به النقابات والاتحادات في تسهيل حياة المواطنين، وتنظيم المعاملات، وتعزيز العلاقة الإيجابية بين الشعب والحكومة، مشددًا على أن قيام المؤتمرات يمثل خطوة أساسية لاستكمال البناء المؤسسي لهذه الكيانات، وضمان استقلاليتها وقدرتها على ممارسة عملها بشفافية وحياد.
وفي ختام الاجتماع، جدد محافظ مقاطعة الرنك التزامه بتقديم الدعم اللازم والمساهمة الفعلية في تذليل كافة العقبات التي تواجه النقابات والاتحادات، بما يمكنها من العمل بكفاءة عالية وتحقيق أهدافها، والمساهمة بفاعلية في مسيرة البناء والتنمية، وترسيخ دعائم السلام والتعايش السلمي بين مختلف مكونات المجتمع.
Renk County Governor Chairs an Awareness Meeting with Trade Unions and Associations, Reaffirms Support for Strengthening Their Institutional Role

The Governor of Renk County, Mr. Deng Deng Lueth, today chaired an awareness meeting bringing together local trade unions and associations at the County Headquarters Hall. The meeting comes as part of a series of scheduled meetings that commenced on Wednesday, 01/01/2026, aimed at reviewing past performance, discussing challenges hindering the progress of work, and exploring appropriate solutions for the current year.
During the meeting, the Governor emphasized the importance of developing clear plans and programs for the new year, in coordination with various governmental institutions, bodies, and trade unions, in order to strengthen institutional performance and achieve the desired objectives in serving the local community.
In a related development, His Excellency also held a similar meeting with trade union bodies for the same purposes. Participants discussed a number of key issues, most notably the achievements made over the past year, particularly the implementation of the Governor’s directives regarding the formation of executive offices for these unions, the drafting of their constitutions, and the registration of memberships, in preparation for convening general conferences.
The meeting also reviewed the major challenges facing trade unions, which mainly include the lack of permanent office premises for some unions, in addition to weak financial revenues that are supposed to meet operational needs and support the implementation of planned programs.
The Governor commended the pivotal role played by trade unions and associations in facilitating citizens’ lives, organizing procedures, and strengthening the positive relationship between the people and the government. He stressed that holding general conferences is a fundamental step toward completing the institutional structure of these bodies, ensuring their independence, and enabling them to operate with transparency and neutrality.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Governor of Renk County renewed his commitment to providing the necessary support and making genuine efforts to overcome all challenges facing trade unions and associations, enabling them to operate efficiently, achieve their intended goals, contribute eff
